How fast will my order arrive?
All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 2-5 additional business days depending on location. Ships from Salt Lake City, UT.
How can I track my order?
Packages will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Multiple hats will be shipped in same package.
What if I mess up my shipping address and/or size? Can I change it?
That depends. We ship items quickly and most will go out before a change can be made. Email us when you notice and we'll see what we can do. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to place a new order with the correct item and send back the wrong one for a refund.

What size do I get my child?
Snapback hats are super adjustable. Don't overthink it! We were the first to size baby/toddler snapback hats of this kind and we took it seriously. Our sizing comes from the World Health Organization Growth Charts and are accurate according to average size by age. The snaps will accommodate for various head sizes but if there's an issue, send it back!
If your child is younger than 12 months, order an XS (4-12 month) for a great fit. A small (12-24 months) will fit wide on most children in the 4-12 month age range.
Still worried? Check out our boy and girl size charts. If you want to measure but don't have a soft measuring tape, use a shoelace and a yardstick. Our suggested sizes, according to age come from the World Health Organization growth charts.
